What we collect
- Applications: the details about your organization and contact person that you enter.
- Accounts: your name, email address and organization. Passwords are stored in hashed form, so we can't read them.
- Petitions and event sign-ups: your name, email address and anything else you choose to fill in.
- Newsletter: your email address, plus your name and country if you give them.
- Contact messages: whatever you send us.
Belonging to a union or political group can be sensitive. Organizations and petition signers only appear publicly if they choose to.
How we use it
We use your information to run the Council and nothing else. We don't sell it. Site administrators can see it.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and another, short-lived one to show on-screen messages. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts.
Your choices
Use the link you got when you subscribed to leave the newsletter. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us.
Where it's stored
This site runs on Cloudflare, which may process data in several countries.
