IWOCINTERWOCON

The International Workers Organizations Council (INTERWOCON, or IWOC) is a council of workers' organizations and political groups from different countries.

Why we exist

Workers' organizations in one country often have no idea what their counterparts elsewhere are doing. The Council gives them a way to stay in touch, back each other up and make decisions together.

Who can join

Trade unions, workers' associations, federations, cooperatives and political groups can apply to join.

How decisions get made

Every full member organization gets one vote, no matter how big it is. Its delegates cast that vote. The charter has the details.
